College/Greek Awards
The College/Greek Award is designed to recognize institutions and Greek organizations that have excelled in their overall prevention efforts. Click here for information on how award recipients will be honored.

Who is eligible to receive this award?
All institutions and Greek organizations that implement AlcoholEdu for College, AlcoholEdu for Sanctions, or GreekLifeEdu in the 2008-2009 academic year may apply. Refer to the Evaluation Criteria when planning your AlcoholEdu implementation.
How do I apply for this award?
Complete the online registration form by October 15, 2008 to receive a Prevention Excellence Awards application form.
Can my institution/organization apply for this award if we are also applying for another Prevention Excellence Award?
Yes. However, a separate application must be completed for each award.
Can I submit my application electronically?
Yes. Completed application can be emailed to Kimberley Timpf at prevpractice@outsidetheclassroom.com or mailed in hard copy format to Outside The Classroom. Applications must be received by December 1, 2008.
How will the recipient of this award be selected?
Final award recipients will be selected by a panel of peer institutions and national prevention experts. The institutions or Greek organizations that exemplify the Evaluation Criteria will be recognized with the 2008-2009 Prevention Excellence Award.
