Award Recognition
The recipient of this award will be honored with the following:

• A $50,000 donation to the recipient's institution
• Award recognizing his/her achievement
• An award ceremony in Washington, DC in honor of the recipient

The president who receives this award will also be given the opportunity to promote environmental change on campuses across the nation via speaking engagements, published articles in higher education journals, and other initiatives.

Please note that the nomination deadline for the 2007-2008 academic year award has passed. Outside The Classroom will announce the deadline for next year's award next fall.
