Registration
To download the registration form, click here.
You can submit your registration form one of three ways: email, fax, or mail.
Email: The registration form is a Word document. Please complete the required fields, resave the file with your last name (i.e. Summit2008_Smith) and email it to: shontell@outsidetheclassroom.com.
Fax: Please fill in the registration form and fax it to: 781-726-6688.
Mail: Completed registration forms can be mailed to: AlcoholEdu Prevention Summit, Outside The Classroom, 250 First Avenue, Suite 201, Needham, MA 02494.
Confirmation
Registrants who have completed the form will be emailed a confirmation letter from Outside The Classroom. If you do not receive your registration confirmation within two weeks of submittal, please contact Outside The Classroom at 781-726-6677 x131.
Deadlines
Registration forms will be accepted through January 15, 2008. Early registration is recommended as hotel blocks tend to sell out for NASPA conferences. To learn more about the hotel and room block, click here.
Cancellation
All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to Outside The Classroom.
Sign in to the Summit
The AlcoholEdu Prevention Summit sign in will take place at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina on January 16, 2008 from 12:00-1:45 pm. If you are unable to sign in for the event during this time, please call 781-726-6677 x131 to make special arrangements.
Please note: The AlcoholEdu Prevention Summit is open to AlcoholEdu for College and AlcoholEdu for Sanctions clients only.
