What style guidelines should I follow when creating my application?

How should I submit my application?
Please email completed application packets, including supplemental materials to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have any questions regarding how to submit any of the required documents, including supplemental materials, electronically, please contact Megan Palame at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Do not fax or mail any of your materials to Outside The Classroom as they will not be accepted.
How will my application be scored?
Applications will be reviewed by a panel of peer institutions and qualified prevention experts selected by Outside The Classroom. Submissions will be judged on how well an application follows the Evaluation Criteria.
While grammar and punctuation are not part of the official criteria, it may influence the reviewers' overall impression of the application. We highly recommend your application be reviewed by a second party prior to submission.
How will I know if my submission was selected as a finalist?
Outside The Classroom will contact all finalists by email or by phone, after an initial review process. To select the highest honors recipients, the finalists will undergo a one-hour phone interview. Finalists will be invited to attend the Prevention Excellence Reception at the 2011 NASPA Annual Conference in Philadelphia, PA, where the Highest Honors recipients will be announced.
